1. Order Processing Time: All FreakyFresh orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take a little longer, but we always strive to get your order out the door swiftly.

2. Shipping Destinations: Currently, FreakyFresh is thrilled to offer shipping exclusively within the United States. We are focused on providing the best possible service for our domestic customers.

3. Estimated Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, you can expect your FreakyFresh diffuser to arrive within 7-15 business days. While we always aim for the fastest delivery, please understand that these are estimated times. We are continually optimizing our logistics to enhance your delivery experience.

4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your order total and chosen shipping method. We are excited about our future growth, and we have plans to partner with local warehouses soon to introduce priority shipping options and potentially free shipping in the near future! 6. Important Shipping Notes & Damages:

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

  • Damages: While we pack every FreakyFresh order with care, we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Once items have been dispatched from our facility, the responsibility for their safe arrival transfers to the shipping carrier.

    • What to do if your order is damaged: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We're happy to assist you with any information needed from our end to support your claim with the carrier.

  • Delivery Issues: If you experience any other issues with your delivery (e.g., lost package, significant delays), please contact our customer support team at contact@freakyfresh.store with your order number, and we'll do our best to assist you in investigating.

  • No P.O. Box Delivery: Currently, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
