2. How long does the FreakyFresh scent last? Each FreakyFresh car diffuser is designed to keep your car smelling amazing for 60+ days. The exact duration can vary slightly depending on factors like car temperature, airflow, and how often you're cruising with the windows down.
3. How do I use my FreakyFresh car diffuser? It's super simple!

Unscrew the wooden cap.

Carefully remove the plastic stopper from inside the bottle.

Screw the wooden cap back on tightly.

Gently tip the bottle upside down for a few seconds to allow the oil to soak into the wooden cap. Do not over-saturate!

5. Are your diffusers safe for my car interior? Absolutely! Our diffusers are designed to hang freely and not come into direct contact with your car's surfaces. The oils are formulated to diffuse safely into the air, keeping your interior fresh without damage. Just ensure the bottle is always upright after tipping to avoid any leaks.
Ordering & Shipping
6. What is the order processing time? All FreakyFresh orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays).
7. How long will it take to receive my FreakyFresh order? Once your order has been processed, shipping usually takes 7-15 business days for delivery. This timeframe is due to current tariff-related supplier issues, but we're working hard to get your fresh vibes to you as quickly as possible! 8. Do you offer free shipping? Currently, we do not offer free shipping. However, we have plans in the near future to connect with local warehouses to enable priority shipping and potentially offer free shipping options. Stay tuned for updates!
9. Where do you ship? At this time, FreakyFresh is thrilled to offer shipping exclusively within the USA.
10. How can I track my order? Once your FreakyFresh order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our Track Your Order or the carrier's website to follow your fresh delivery!
11. What if my order is damaged during shipping? FreakyFresh is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Once items have been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. If your item arrives damaged, you MUST file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. 12. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? No, currently we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

13. What is your return policy? Our return policy is strict. We accept returns only for products that are unused, unopened, in original packaging, and initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
